Buffel Grass is a tropical grass suited to 400-800 mm annual rainfall regions with light textured to heavy soil. A summer growing erect tussocky grass that is drought tolerant - survives in very low rainfall areas. Buffel grass responds quickly to rain and is frost sensitive. Varieties available: USA, Biloela and Gayndah.
